Friend, Would You Listen?

In our time, the name of Charles Haddon Spurgeon has attained an almost legendary character. So great were the crowds who came to hear him preach, that during his ministry of nearly forty years, he seldom found a building large enough to hold them all.
It is my sincere prayer that readers of this booklet, particularly those who have not yet experienced the release that can be had through Jesus, will soon be able to join Spurgeon in shouting with joy: "My eyes looked to Him; the disease was healed, the pains removed, the chains were snapped, prison doors were opened, darkness gave place to light. What delight filled my soul! What mirth, what ecstacy, what sound of music and dancing, what soarings towards Heaven, what heights and depths of indescribable delight." —Michael Duskis, editor |
