Developing Leaders Through Theological Education by Extension: Case Studies from Africa
![]() |
What causes TEE programs to succeed while others fail? Snook, veteran missionary in South Africa, set out to answer that question. In the process, he found help for theological educators in assessing and reshaping their TEE programs. In five descriptive case studies from Africa, as well as results from two surveys of TEE programs on that continent, he alerts TEE officials to some of the features, trends and problems of this leadership training movement.
TEE administrators and staff, mission agency executives, missionary training institutions—in fact, all who are involved in producing leadership for the church—can profit from this research. |
